RETURNS

We accept returns and exchanges under the following terms:

  • We must be contacted by you within seven days of your receipt of the purchased item to initiate the return or exchange.

  • You will receive a link via email to purchase a return label, and we will send the purchased label to the email address you initiated the return from.

  • All returns must arrive to us in perfect condition with no signs that the garment has been worn or washed. We are not able to honor your returns or exchanges if you do not meet our policy’s requirements.

  • If you are exchanging an item, follow the above instructions. You will receive detailed instructions for the reordering process.

  • Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed before contacting us. Processing begins after your package has arrived to us.

  • All refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are nonrefundable, and you are responsible for the cost of your return.

  • Permanently discounted merchandise is considered final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange.

  • All festival and event purchases (in-person sales) are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
